.X Web Designs offers a unique, fast and low cost Technical Support Service.
Most of our repairs and installations are carried out by a qualified ICT practitioner, holding an Advanced Diploma in System Support and an ECDL.

We offer technical support over the phone and via email, and can visit your home and place of work 24 hours a day, usually within an hour of your call. We charge £20 for the initial hour and then £15 for each additional hour on site. If we cannot solve the problem there is no charge.

At our office we have the facilities to perform advanced diagnostics, so whatever the problem, we should be able to find and resolve it.

  A basic pay per use service.
  
  
• Pay Per Month Basic
  A basic plan, paying a fixed sum per month for 9am-5pm higher priority support.
  
  
• Pay Per Month Advanced
  A more advanced plan for more IT focused companies, 10am-10pm high priority support. One fixed fee once a month. (The most popular choice)
  
  
• Pay Per Month Ultimate
  The ultimate support package, 24 hour top priority support, including email, phone, Skype and on-site support. Again, one fixed fee, once a month.
